Clothing: Please wear loose-fitting clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt for easy access to the treatment area
Hydration: Ensure you're well hydrated before your appointment.
During Your Session
Techniques: I'll utilise various techniques to target areas of tension.
Comfort: It's essential to communicate openly with me about your comfort level as some discomfort may occur whilst addressing tense muscles.

After Your Session
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins released during the massage.
Rest: Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, caffeine and sugary drinks as they might interfere with your body's recovery.
Follow-up: I'll provide advice on further treatment, exercises or stretches to help maintain the benefits of your massage.
